shipping

all orders are custom made. orders ship within 3–4 business days using the shipping method selected at checkout. you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

returns

all sales are final. we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been shipped.

damaged or missing Items

if your order arrives damaged or is missing, you must report it within 3 business days of the delivery date. please keep all packaging and take clear photos of any damage. contact us within that 3-business-day window so we can review the issue and advise on next steps.
