Refund policy

At Nuit Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches and made to order. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nuitcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement candle at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or shipping delays once the package is marked as delivered.
